Gwenn was incredible! She stuck it out with me through 7 offers. She kept me going, helped me stay positive, and supported me when I wanted to give up. She was honest when a house wasn’t a good fit. I will continue to recommend her to anyone buying a home. Also, veterans I have a VA loan. She’s familiar w/ the appraisal process along with the benefits of the VA Loan process. She explained things and showed me what to look for w/ water heaters, appliances, and heat. 💯 the best realtor!
